These terms govern access to and use of our online store, including purchases made through the site. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Information submitted for an order or account must be current, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Products and availability

We work to describe products and display images, colors, ingredients, dimensions, and other details accurately. Displays and packaging can vary, and minor differences do not necessarily indicate a defect. Products, quantities, and offers may change or become unavailable without notice.

Prices, orders, and acceptance

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, pricing error, shipping restriction, or violation of these terms. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Payment

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total. Supported methods and additional payment terms are described in the Payment Policy. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

Shipping, cancellation, returns, and refunds

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping timing and tracking are governed by the Shipping Policy. A cancellation may be requested before shipment; after shipment, the Refund Policy applies. Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery, and approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content through unauthorized automated means; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics, design, photographs, video, code, and layout, is owned by or licensed to the store operator and is protected by applicable law. Personal, noncommercial use is permitted only as necessary to browse and shop. No other license is granted.

Third-party services and links

The site may rely on or link to services operated by third parties. Their services, content, availability, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. A link does not mean we control or endorse every aspect of the third-party service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses and claims resulting from your unlawful use of the site or material breach of these terms. This provision does not apply where prohibited by consumer-protection law.

Governing law, severability, and changes

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws applicable at our operating address, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised version, and continued use after posting means the revised terms apply prospectively.
